Prepared Childbirth Class This comprehensive class will help prepare expectant parents for all aspects of their birth experience helping to create a positive birth experience. The class philosophy is based upon choices that meet individual and family needs including natural relaxation techniques, as well as pain management options, helping women cope more effectively with the challenges of labor. Please dress in comfortable clothing with layers, as the temperature of the classroom environment can vary. $75.00 per couple
